The Job Development Network (JDN) is a collaborative effort of agencies and employers in the Rochester, NY area “building bridges” of opportunities aimed at promoting people in the workplace. JDN has grown into a valuable community resource for area employers and workers.

JDN members meet monthly. Employers are welcome to attend and discuss their employment needs and find out the services members can provide them.

JDN sponsors employment-related services and events. These include the following:

• Annual job fairs
• Employment workshops
• Eat, meet, and greet networking events for employers and members
• Employer recognition breakfast banquets
• Employer site visits
• Monthly meetings at member site
